Many insurance companies reimburse for outpatient mental services, contingent on your policy specifications. Our clinic provides a super-bill statement which may be submitted to your own insurance company for direct reimbursement from your company back to you, as the insured.  Insurance co-pays / co-insurance may be required per your company’s policies for those policies in which we participate as an in-network provider. 

*It is the client responsibility to assure that our services are within your insurance/EAP network. It is the client responsibility to assure that all prior authorizations required by your company for outpatient mental health services are secured prior to initiating the first appointment.
