The ALPINE BEHAVIOR THERAPY CLINIC has established professional affiliation as a Preferred Provider with several Insurance Companies, Managed Care Programs and Employee Assistance Programs (EAPS) that service policies with coverage for outpatient mental health.

Many insurance companies reimburse for outpatient mental services, contingent on your policy specifications. Our clinic provides a super-bill statement which may be submitted to your insurance company for direct reimbursement from your company back to you, as the insured.
